// pricing
One price to prove it. One price to run it.
The rate is published. The scope is not, because how many lines you run, what has to be integrated, and what your compliance boundary demands are yours rather than ours. Everything quoted separately is listed below rather than discovered later.
// the ladder
Free, then fixed, then per line.
// step 01 · fit check
Free
Send your equipment and protocol list. Get a one-page written fit verdict within two business days. Keep it even if you never talk to us.
// step 02 · first line pilot
$1,500 one-time, fixed
One site, one line, thirty days on real equipment. Acceptance tests published before we start.
// step 03 · run it
$1,500 per line, per month
On commodity hardware you own. The full $1,500 pilot credits against your first platform invoice. Expand from evidence — one line at a time.
// free · written verdict · no meeting required
// what the rate covers
What is included, and what is quoted.
// included in the platform rate
- Platform updates and security patches
- Standard gateways, drivers, and protocols already supported
- The sovereign data layer and provenance ledger
- Compliance outputs built on supported equipment
- A named delivery lead and a documented escalation path
- Managed operation against an agreed service level
// quoted separately, in writing, before it begins
- Drivers for equipment not already supported
- Integrations with systems outside the platform
- Migration of historical data
- Customer-specific compliance outputs and report formats
- On-site work beyond the pilot
No customer-specific engineering begins without an agreed scope and price. Never hourly. Escorted on-site install during the pilot is $2,500 flat, only if your facility needs one.
// hardware
We do not sell you boxes.
Production runs on commodity units you buy outright from your own supplier, to a specification the pilot write-up gives you. We do not resell equipment, so there is no hardware line on any invoice from us — and no margin riding on which box you choose.
The pilot kit is different: it is loaned from our own pool for the thirty days and comes back on the prepaid label it arrived with. It is never sold, at any price.
// expansion
Expand from evidence, one line at a time.
The rate is per line per month, so nothing forces a estate-wide rollout to justify the first deployment. You add the next line when the record from the last one says it is worth it, and each addition is a written order rather than an automatic renewal that grew.
> pilot --line 1 --days 30
✓ $1,500 one-time, fixed
> continue --to platform
✓ $1,500 credited against invoice 01
> expand --line 2 --when record.justifies
✓ $1,500 per line per month, by written order
// illustrative — not customer data
// what you own
Yours, permanently, and what we license.
You own your data, your infrastructure, your configuration, and your deployment artifacts. We retain the reusable platform core and license it to you; updates and managed operations run on a platform agreement.
We are designed to support your compliance posture; we do not certify compliance.

Straight answers about money
What does the platform rate cover?
$1,500 per line per month, covering platform updates and security patches, the gateways and protocols already supported, the sovereign data layer and provenance ledger, compliance outputs built on supported equipment, a named delivery lead with a documented escalation path, and managed operation against an agreed service level.
What does the hardware cost?
We do not sell it and we do not quote it. Production runs on commodity units you buy outright from your own supplier, to a specification we provide in the pilot write-up. The pilot kit itself is loaned from our own pool and comes back on a prepaid label — it is never sold, at any price.
Is the pilot payment really credited?
Yes, in full. The $1,500 pilot credits against your first platform invoice if you continue. If you do not continue, the record the pilot produced and the architecture write-up are still yours.
What is quoted separately?
Drivers for equipment not already supported, integrations with systems outside the platform, migration of historical data, customer-specific compliance outputs and report formats, and on-site work beyond the pilot. All of it is scoped in writing and priced fixed before any engineering starts. Never hourly. Escorted on-site install during the pilot is $2,500 flat.
Do we have to roll out every line at once?
No, and we would advise against it. The rate is per line per month, so you add lines when the record from the last one justifies the next. That is the whole point of pricing it this way — expansion follows evidence rather than a forecast.
What happens if we stop paying?
The deployment keeps running on your hardware with your data, in open formats you can read without us. You stop receiving new platform versions and we stop carrying the incident response. There is no kill switch and nothing phones home to disable itself.
// start where it costs nothing
Send the equipment list before you think about the rate.
The fit check is free and takes two minutes to ask for: a written verdict within two business days on what we capture out of the box, what needs a scoped driver, and what is out of scope. And the pilot behind it carries a full refund any time before the kit ships. No reason required.
