Check my report

// for manufacturing owners and operations teams

Take Back Friday

Stop rebuilding the same report every week.

Your team exports the files, copies the numbers, and rebuilds the report. We turn that recurring task into a tool they can run again—using the CSV or Excel exports you already have.

One recurring report. Seven business days. $1,500 flat.

Passes the agreed acceptance test—or your money back.

// how it works

Show us the report. We handle the build.

01

Describe the task.

Tell us which report your team rebuilds, where the information comes from, and roughly how long it takes. Michael reviews it personally.

02

Agree the finish line.

If it looks suitable, a short screen share and sample-file review let us confirm the scope, required output, and acceptance test before you pay.

03

Run your new report.

We build and set up the tool, verify it with representative files, and show your team how to run it again. Delivery is seven business days after the scope, files, and payment are ready.

// agreed acceptance test

A finish line you can check.

Before you pay, we agree on the source files, required output, validation checks, and target hands-on time. We verify the tool with a second set of representative files. If the delivered tool fails that agreed acceptance test, we refund the $1,500 fee.

The guarantee covers the workflow we agree to build. Changes to the source structure or additional requirements are scoped separately.

// common questions

The practical details.

Do we have to replace our ERP?

No. This package works with exports from your existing systems. Your ERP stays in place.

What reports are a good fit?

Recurring reports that combine or reconcile up to two existing CSV or Excel datasets, such as a late-orders report or weekly production summary. We review sample files before confirming the $1,500 scope.

Does it pull data from our systems automatically?

This package automates report assembly from the agreed files. Your team may still need to export those files. Direct system connections or automated extraction can be quoted separately.

When do the seven business days start?

After we agree the written scope and acceptance test, validate the required files, and receive payment. If new information or access is needed from you during delivery, we explain the effect on the schedule.

What if our report is too complicated for this package?

We tell you before taking payment. You can leave it there or request a separate fixed quote for the larger task.

What happens if the tool fails the agreed test?

We refund the $1,500 fee. The written acceptance test defines the output, checks, and target hands-on time for the agreed workflow.

Is there a monthly fee?

No subscription is required to keep running the delivered tool for the agreed workflow. Future changes, new integrations, and ongoing support are separate services if you need them.

Do I need to upload company data here?

No. Describe the task in plain language. If it looks suitable, we arrange the sample-file review separately.
